Die Avocado in zwei H\u00e4lften schneiden, den Stein entfernen und das Fruchtfleisch mit Hilfe eines gro\u00dfen L\u00f6ffels aus dem Inneren der Schale herausholen. Dieses in dicke Scheiben schneiden, auf der Brotscheibe verteilen und etwas Zitronensaft, Salz sowie die Hanfsamen dar\u00fcber geben.<br>oder<br>2.
