WHAT YOU NEED:
Dough:
150 g cane sugar
220 g banana puree (or unsweetened apple puree)80 ml hemp seed oil
75 ml (plant) milk
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp white wine vinegar
190 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
salt
Topping:
60 g flour
60 g brown sugar
45 g butter or margarine
40 g peeled hemp seeds.
PREPARATION:
Mix together the banana puree, sugar, hemp seed oil, milk (for example, hemp milk), and wine vinegar. Add flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar.
Crumble the cold butter between your fingers with the sugar, flour and hemp seeds.
Pour the batter into muffin molds (fill about 3/4 of the mold). Cover the dough with crumbs and bake at 180oC for about 35 minutes.
