WHAT YOU NEED:

200 g dried chickpeas
3–4 onions
5–6 cloves of garlic
1 pot or about 100 g of fresh parsleysalt, pepper, a pinch of chili powder for seasoning

1 tbsp ground cumin1 tbsp ground coriander
2 tbsp peeled hemp seeds

PREPARATION:

Soak the dried chickpeas in cold water for at least 8 hours. Drain, rinse and put into a blender/food processor. Add the chopped onion, garlic, parsley and season with the spices. Finally, mix the peeled hemp seeds into the dough and place the mixture in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Shape the mixture into balls and cook in hot oil or on a baking tray.
