WHAT YOU NEED:

Ingredients:
1 banana
50 g raspberries or other berries
100 ml unsweetened almond milk/juice/water
1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
30 g smoothie hemp
100 g strawberries
To serve:
fresh strawberries
fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2 banana, cut into slices
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds

PREPARATION:

1. For a creamy smoothie base, use banana, mango or avocado. 
2. Put the smoothie base and toppings in a blender and add liquid (almond milk/juice/water).
3. Mix in the blender until thoroughly blended, at least 2–3 minutes.
4. Sprinkle in berries, chia seeds, hemp seeds
