WHAT YOU NEED:

1 portion:
50 g strawberries
50 g blueberries
1 dl wholemeal oat flakes
1.5 dl milk
1 dl water
1 tsp butter
Salt
1 tsp of honey or sugar optional

PREPARATION:

Bring water to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add the milk and then the oatmeal. Add salt according to taste. Stir for 2–3 minutes, then add the butter. Turn off the heat, put a lid on the pot and let simmer for another 5–10 minutes. Pour the porridge into a bowl and add strawberries, blueberries, hemp seeds and honey. Then mix well.
